When you hired this person you saw something that you thought would be an asset to your business.What was it? Take the time to talk and find out what the person's strengths are. What do they want from the company? How can you help to get them to their goals. When they get to their goals it can be a win-win situation.People usually respond when they are ASKED what they need. It's amazing with a little of information seeking what you will learn. During my time as a employer I learned to LISTEN .
