		<description>Good article Mike.  We at Vonei LLC are big fans of the use of video for all the reasons you mentioned.  Use of tutorial videos on YouTube has been particularly helpful to us.  I would add a couple additional categories to your list, and that would be Training videos and Live Video Conferencing.  As you clearly pointed out, the cost of entry for these technologies is very low.
